Ingredients:
1 Rack of baby back ribs, or whatever ribs you prefer
Summer Heat Seasoning
BBQ Sauce of your choice (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F
Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs. There are a lot of fancy gadgets to do this, but pinching it with a paper towel or two works just fine.
Season both sides of the ribs with Summer Heat generously. And by generously, I mean cover both sides until you almost can't see the ribs anymore.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Place the ribs in the oven and cook for 3 hours, or until the ribs are flexible but don't quite fall off the bone yet.
If you use BBQ sauce, spread a thin layer on the ribs and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes and remove.
Serve with Fall Chili Mac & Cheese.
Enjoy!
